Dumpling Making Pop-up

We have 6 spots available for each time slot, on a first-reserve, first-serve basis. This class is in-person at the Lexington Bar.

During your class, you will learn about the history and cultural significance of dumplings in Chinese culture and get hands-on experience making them yourself! You’ll mix together the veggie filling, and then learn how to wrap the dumplings. You will be able to wrap 8 dumplings.

While the steamer cooks your dumplings, you’ll get to customize your own dumpling dipping sauce, and Chi Fan Le’s founder Angela will also share her favorite combination. Finally we will all enjoy our 饺子 jiǎozi (dumplings) together!
