Service Description

One of my favorite moments was making dumplings with my dad's side of the family in Weihai during Lunar New Year's Eve. The whole family contributes, and we would eat dumplings almost all day. Someone is rolling out the skin, some family members are folding the dumplings, someone is boiling another batch, while the rest of the family is snacking on the first batch of dumplings. This class includes: 1. making pork + cabbage filling (can swap for veggie filling) 2. folding dumplings using pre-made dumpling skins 3. pan-frying dumplings or boiling dumplings 4. crafting your own dumpling sauce Take home: 1. some of your own frozen dumplings to cook at home 2. recipes to recreate the dumplings 3. insight to creating your own sauces and dumpling fillings
